Referees share their availability, the planner sees at a glance who's free and assigns them. If anything changes, everyone knows right away.

Refplan makes all of that easier, faster and clearer
Matches come in from Sportlink (requires Club.Dataservice), automatically or with one click. You add friendly matches yourself.
Referees indicate in the app when they can, up to four weekends ahead. So their availability is known before the schedule is even made.
The planner sees at a glance who's available, and assigns them. Refplan puts the best matches first — based on availability, on what someone likes to referee and on how many matches they have done this season. Refplan can also create a proposal for the whole match day; you tick off what you take over.
Publish once and everyone's in the loop: the referee gets a push notification, and anyone who's linked their calendar sees the match appear in it by itself.
If something changes, everyone involved is notified automatically. If a referee updates their availability and it clashes with an assignment, the planner sees it straight away.
Refplan is a handy addition to your existing club software. It makes scheduling your own referees far easier.
Upload your club logo and Refplan suggests colours from it — you can adjust them. The app then looks like your club's, and the emails carry your logo and club colours too.
Via Sportlink, or otherwise from a photo of the match programme — no retyping needed. With the Sportlink import, Refplan also recognises the matches the KNVB assigns a referee to itself: those you don't have to fill in.
For each match day you see who hasn't submitted their availability yet, and remind them with one click. Exactly those people, not the whole group.
Let Refplan work through the match day: who is available, who referees which category, who is already full and who has had the fewest matches. You decide per match what to take over.
Do you split the schedule — one of you taking the Saturday teams, another the Sunday ones? Each planner picks the teams they plan and keeps their own part. One schedule, no duplicated work.
Does your club take part in FairPlay? Then Refplan keeps track all season of what share of your matches is refereed by a trained referee. You have an up-to-date picture of where you stand.
Is someone refereeing without an account? Just type in their name. They'll appear on the week schedule and in the download all the same.
Turn on team calendars and every team gets a calendar link players and supporters can subscribe to themselves. If a match moves or is called off, that calendar follows — and for an away match it carries the full address.
Download the week schedule as Excel — in your club colours, with your logo, and with the columns you want. The season stats come along as a separate tab.

In a few taps you indicate, per day, which times you're available and how many matches you're willing to referee that day at most. Done.
Holiday, injury or another reason: set yourself to unavailable for that whole period in one go. No ticking off day by day for weeks.
If something changes, you simply adjust your availability. Already assigned to a match? Then the app first asks whether you're sure — and the planner knows right away. A club can also switch off withdrawing via the app; then it goes through the planner.
Link it once and you never have to look at it again. If a match moves or an assignment is dropped, your calendar updates itself.
You keep your availability separate per club. And if a planner wants to ask you while you're already refereeing elsewhere at that time, they'll see it.
Per club, indicate which match categories you enjoy refereeing and which you would rather not. The planner sees this and takes it into account.
See how many matches you've refereed this season, broken down by age category. You can look back at earlier seasons too.
Everyone picks their own language — the whole app, including notifications and calendar, adapts.
With Refplan your club saves time, and gets convenience in return. The bigger the club, the bigger the saving and the convenience — which is why the price scales fairly with the number of teams. A small club doesn't pay for the scale of a big one. For an average club of 25 teams, that comes down to one or two coffees a week.
Amounts include VAT. All teams registered with the KNVB count — not just the ones you use Refplan for — except Futsal, O7 and G teams.
Less hassle, more overview, more ease. Everything in one place and always up to date — you stay in control.
