Questions about Refplan, or stuck on something? Here's where to go.
Who helps with what
If you are a referee or a planner, your own club manages your account. For an invitation, a change of role, a wrong appointment or a question about the schedule, your club's referee coordinator is the right person. We cannot look into a club's data, and we cannot create or change accounts.
If you are a board member or referee coordinator and it concerns the app itself — a fault, an invoice, the Sportlink connection, or a question before you start — email us.

Send a message to the address below. Mention your club and, if it is a fault, what you did and what you saw. We usually reply within one working day.
Guides
Your invitation came with a guide for your role, along with instructions for putting the app on your phone. Lost it? Ask your referee coordinator to send the invitation again, or email us.
Frequently asked questions
I can't sign up in the app
That's expected: you don't create your own Refplan account. Your club invites you and you receive an email with a link to set your password. No invitation? Ask your referee coordinator to send it again, and check your spam folder.
I lost my password
Choose 'Forgot password' on the login screen. You'll get an email to set a new one. If it doesn't arrive, check that you're using the address the invitation was sent to.
I'm not getting notifications
Notifications appear in the app by default. To get them on your phone as well, turn on push notifications under Profile. On an iPhone you first need the app on your home screen, or use the App Store version.
How do I get my matches into my calendar?
Under Profile you'll find a calendar link. Add it to your calendar app as a subscription; your appointments then appear by themselves and update when something changes. Nothing to copy over by hand.
I want to delete my account
You can do that yourself: under Profile, at the bottom, choose 'Delete account'. Your data is then removed from our database. If it doesn't work, email us from the address your account uses.
Does Refplan work on a computer?
Yes. Refplan runs on phone, tablet and computer via my.refplan.app, with the same login. Many coordinators plan on a large screen and check their phone when out and about.
